Below are the policies followed at Torrance Hair Studio.
Please consider the following before booking!
Cancellations
We understand that things can come up last minute and for respect of our service providers, we ask that you cancel your appointment more than 24 hours in advance. If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged a cancellation fee, 50% of your booked service.
Late Policy
If you're running late to your appointment, please let your stylist know via phone call. Tardiness may mean you have to adjust your service or potentially reschedule your appointment.
No Shows
No shows are unacceptable. You will be sent a reminder text 72 hours before your appointment that allows you to cancel if needed. No showing your appointment will result in a fee of 100% of the service booked, to be paid before your next booked appointment.
Sick Policy
If you're are sick, please call the studio to reschedule. We kindly ask for as much notice as possible.
Solo Appointment
Due to limited space and maximum relaxation, you may not bring guests to your appointment (unless you are a breastfeeding mother or require a guardian). No kids allowed unless they have their own scheduled appointment.
Retail Policy
Used or unused, no returns or exchanges on products.
